Job Duties and Responsibilities

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting the Boost Mobile division will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent. Initially, you will focus on supporting our Technology and Retail Wireless departments. This position requires a deep understanding of technical roles, strong networking abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and engaging with potential candidates. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about finding the right fit for our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize providing a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding; ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and a supportive hiring process
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with the company's strategic goals; conduct weekly or biweekly strategic conversations with hiring managers to discuss sourcing strategies, address hiring process bottlenecks, debrief on interview feedback, and check on team dynamics and upcoming needs
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and engage passive and active candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
  • Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations. Proactively communicate with stakeholders
  • Effectively manage conflicts and negotiate win-win solutions to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved
  • Take an active role in each candidate's on-site experience, including facilitating interviews and serving as the main point of contact for all candidate needs
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role within a large, enterprise company; agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS a plus)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written; ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the organization up to the EVP level
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Approach changes with a positive attitude, assuming positive intent, and seeing the greater purpose; proactively helps bring others along to expedite change
  • Able to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex situations to make decisions based on evidence and logic; capable of questioning assumptions, considering multiple perspectives, and developing creative solutions to complex problems
  • Passion for delivering exceptional results; holds self accountable to quality standards, manages multiple tasks, continually seeks growth and improvement, and takes personal ownership and initiative with tasks
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
