Supply Chain Specialist with Spanish

We are looking for a candidate with:
Experience in customer facing roles or negotiations
Willingness to work with client (via phone/mail) and proactive approach
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others
Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
Additional experience or educational background in procurement /logistics/Supply Chain would be an asset
Language: Spanish - C1 and English - min B2
SAP knowledge nice to have
Your key activities:
Work on activities related to supply chain process in aeronautics: PR analysis, PO management, quotes creation, export control licenses management, material sales management, material substitution, SO/STO, return order flow, delivery dates collaboration, delivery monitoring, missing parts management, dispute management

Interact closely with Front Officer/focal points for any clarifications, complex work, and updates
Stock level management in SAP system: stock optimization
Document process documentation and standard methodologies
Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings
To interact directly with Suppliers and clients for day-to-day work
Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
Ensuring efficiency & high quality of the performed processes
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
