Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer facing roles or negotiations
- Additional experience or educational background in procurement /logistics/Supply Chain would be an asset
- Fluent in English (C1) and German (B2)
- Willingness to work with client (via phone/mail) and proactive approach
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others
- Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
- SAP knowledge nice to have

Responsibilities:
- Work on activities related to supply chain process in aeronautics: ensuring delivery of orders on time, Purchase Order management, GR (Goods receipt) issues handling, PR to PO conversion, Standard Parts Stock Transfer - internal part relocations between plants and final assembly lines
