Infosys is seeking an AWS DevOps Lead - In this role you will design, develop, modify, enhance and implement software systems designed to support new or existing business initiatives .You will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts & in providing frontline application support including troubleshooting , testing & minor enhancements. You will deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Senior Devops Engineer JD :
Qualifications, Skills, Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of software engineering experience in DevOps
• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
• Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
• Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results
• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and 'fixes'
• Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
• Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions
• Excellent team player, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership
• Excellent pull request review skills and attention to detail
• Strong technical, hands-on, experience to support development, automated testing, infrastructure, and operations
• Proficient with Git and Git workflows
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
• Familiarity with streaming platforms (real-time data at massive scale like Confluent Kafka).
• Experience with Azure cloud and implementations from a developer's perspective
• Experience working with containers, Docker, Kubernetes, or other container schedulers.

Experience with AWS Front Door, WAF, Service Bus, Functions, VNET and Storage.

• Fluency with AWS Cosmos DB or any relational databases.
• Understanding of DevOps as well as experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Familiar with the project tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack, MS Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet.
