Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Sourcing and Procurement Process Lead with German
Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź
Work mode: hybrid from Lodz / remote from Poland
Key responsibilities:
Connecting with suppliers and negotiating prices and conditions
Identify and implement best practices and process improvement opportunities
Identification of opportunities for savings
Act as a second level support for any process related queries
Conduct periodic individual performance reviews
Manage the Req to Pay process and provide guidance on issues to Buyers & Agents
2nd Level of escalation & support and handling escalated vendor issue and resolving any conflicts

Escalating issues of non-cooperative suppliers
Advising on procedure in case of special instructions
Handle Sourcing for direct spend-Need identification, RFx Management, Strategy Creation, Negotiation and Final Decision on contract award up to a defined threshold
Quick turnaround quotations for small value for existing suppliers
Develop tender strategy, contract requirements, response requirements and target supplier list
Facilitate the evaluation and selection process
Share the supplier contract based on the client's terms and conditions
Requirements:
At least 4-7 years of relevant experience preferably in Sourcing/procurement processes
Experience in indirect category sourcing
Understanding of supply chain nuances
Good client facing & client management skills
Good negotiation skills with suppliers
Hands on Experience on e-sourcing tools, like Ariba platform or similar tools
Experience in conducting Spot Buys
Good communication skills and writing skills to write research reports (English & German)
Experience in understanding and reading supplier contracts- should be fully conversant with Contract structures and contractual clauses
Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals
Good aptitude & analytical skills
