Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead with experience in SFDC,

As a Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Automation .
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support UAT testing .

• At least 4 years of experience in leading testing team taking complete ownership of deliverables
• Works with SFDC development team and perform testing activities
• Perform System Testing, System Integration Testing
• Create test data requirements as applicable for each application
• Record test evidence sufficient to demonstrate test coverage
• Raise defects and take ownership until resolution
• Interface with customers for issue resolution and review knowledge management activities
• Escalating risks, issues to Project Manager
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model
