Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow SecOps Specialist to setup the environment, implement and configure the application end to end based on the customer requirement and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Chicago, IL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 3 years of ServiceNow Security Operations experience.

• Creation of documentation and artifacts for the designed solutions.
• Implementation experience in either on IRM or VRM or TPRM modules.
• Exposure to risk management, compliance and regulatory requirement.
• Hands on experience on ServiceNow technical configuration & scripting experience required including fluency in JavaScript, HTML and libraries/frameworks such AngularJS and Bootstrap.
• Fluency in third party integrations using web services, JDBC, and file-based parsers.
• Collect, aggregate, synthesize, analyze, and report on data from multiple sources and formats (experience with reporting and performance analytics highly desired).
• Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment.

Good To Have:
• Provide technical support to system owners to propose mitigation and remediation solutions to identified vulnerability and security issues.
• Coordinating with IT / Security teams to prioritize and remediate identified vulnerabilities and assigned to appropriate teams.
• Developing and maintaining data collection configurations for vulnerability and compliance management.
• Ability to leverage the CMDB and 3rd party data to compare and analyze data for Gaps/Automation opportunities.
• Vulnerability Prioritization assistance.
• Workflow design for notifications and integration.
• Data visualization, Reporting, Analytics and dashboarding.
• Integrating Service now with 3rd party applications such as WIZ, and other security products utilizing vendor provides plugins, Api's, or other integration capabilities.
• Knowledge of products such as Tenable, and Tenable highly desired
Preferred Qualifications:
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires some travel.
• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and CSA.
• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
