Senior Associate Lead - Talent Acquisition

In the role of Senior Associate Lead - Talent acquisition, you will act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, track and report project status regularly and contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • End to end ownership of the recruitment process with changing priorities and multiple projects for the region with a keen eye on data and TA matrices.
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of direct sourcing strategies (e.g. job boards, referral generation, cold calling, online social networking, etc.) to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet business needs in a cost-effective manner
  • Building a campus/entry level hiring strategy in the region and maintaining relationships with the universities and local educational institutes/bodies.
  • Working with a small, distributed team with direct or indirect reporting structure to influence outcomes.
  • Working with external vendor/agency partners to fulfil open roles on time.
  • Maintains a dialogue with the hiring managers to understand strategy, provide updates and manage expectations
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multitask in dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Builds relationships with hiring managers, peers and HR partners acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
  • Negotiation of compensation with new hires and hiring managers
  • Working with different teams - Employee relations, BPHR's, HR Legal, Finance, Pricing, Procurement etc.
  • Audits, compliance around talent acquisition process.

Basic
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
Preferred
  • Experience recruiting for a dynamic company with changing and multiple priorities.
  • Experience with volume/bulk hiring in a BPM environment. Experience filling roles like Call Center, Service Desk, Customer support Processing (Claims, Insurance, Mortgage), etc will help.
  • Experience managing a small team of onsite recruiters (4-5) and working with offshore shared services teams will be highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment process, applicable laws and performance based interviewing skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong research, communication and analytical skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Work Remotely:
This role is based out of Aguadilla, PR and currently works hybrid schedule (3 days work from office and in addition to need basis), until company's decision to return to office.
