Infosys is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Practice Engagement Manager (SPEM) to join our Oracle practice team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle PAAS, and other Oracle-related technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle's product suite and the ability to drive sales growth through strategic customer engagements. The Senior Practice Engagement Manager is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned portfolio and industry scope and works to build a business plan. Usually, the Practice Engagement Manager handles a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of $50MM+.

Role responsibilities:
  • Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50MM+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets for Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present tailored Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, industry teams (Client Support Groups) including pre-sales, consulting, and support, to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud projects.
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
  • Stay updated on the latest Oracle Cloud technologies and industry trends to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Experience in selling Oracle Cloud solutions (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) including Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle CX Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Significant business development and solution selling experience
  • Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
  • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
  • Relevant experience in Oracle legacy products (Oracle EBS, Peoplesoft, Siebel and JD Edwards) in sales and delivery capacity.
  • Global Delivery Model experience
  • Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
