Infosys is seeking a Senior Practice Client Partner, Cloud Solutions. The Senior Practice Client Partner is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The Senior Practice Client Partner works together with their manager (Group Practice Engagement Manager) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually, the Senior Practice Client Partner handles a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of $50M+.

Role Description:
  • Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
  • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
  • Responsible for NA Business Development, building GTM strategies/ solutions/ offerings to drive Cloud ecosystem revenue
  • Contribute to different phases from consulting to the sales lifecycle
  • Guide various teams regarding proposal development, building the right pricing construct, advice on internal capability building and collaboration across the Account sales team
  • Advice on opportunities to shape value-adding winning solutions based on the changing market landscape and customer needs
  • Work with internal teams towards building differentiated industry cloud solutions
  • Participate in Strategy building for the practice
  • Liaise with analysts and related agencies in positioning of Infosys services
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
  • Experience in driving large deals, with proven track record of closing deals
  • Experience in complex Cloud solution design for customers
  • Experience in a large Cloud solution discovery and assessment engagement

  • Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
  • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers

  • Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
