Infosys is seeking Senior RPA Consultant
You will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. As a RPA Business Analyst you are responsible for identifying and analyzing business processes to pinpoint potential automation opportunities using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing efficient workflows, and working with development teams to implement and monitor automated solutions, ultimately aiming to streamline operations and improve productivity within an organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- Location for this position is Charlotte, NC. This position requires relocation or travel.

- At least 4 years of experience in in depth hands on application development experience using RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
- At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes to identify repetitive, manual tasks suitable for automation with RPA
- Function as a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs
- Assess the feasibility of automating processes by considering factors like data quality, system integration, and complexity.
- Create detailed process flow diagrams and documentation to clearly outline the current state of business processes.
- Communicate and conduct walkthrough sessions for product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders
- A holistic view of application functional knowledge to manage IT and Business
- Design and develop RPA solutions by defining workflows, data mappings, and user interfaces, working closely with RPA developers.
- Prepare cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations to justify automation initiatives
- Experience with working with reviewing UAT scripts and demo the User Story functionality to the Business Users and Product owners.
- Review the QA scripts to validate all the Functional scenarios are accounted in them.
- Monitor automated processes to identify performance issues, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Provide training to end-users on new automated processes and offer ongoing support.

- Ability to create clear and concise process documentation
- Experience in managing automation projects from initiation to deployment
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
