Role - Senior Consultant
Technology - Infrastructure - Network Services SME
Location - Germany - Stuttgart
Technical skills (Required - Mandatory)- Experienced in Security Identity Services Engine & Access Management (ISE/IAM) infrastructures and their underlying platforms and technologies,
- Independently problem solve complex and unique networks using mixed protocols in high-end security environments and enjoy providing support to engineers from multiple teams as well as the field to aid them in problem resolution.
- Work on complex and diverse problems where analysis is required.
- Act as a focal point for network problem resolution and provide technical leadership for Critical Accounts
- Should have knowledge routing and switching technologies and extensive knowledge in handling heterogenous network environment.
- Should have knowledge on DC and Campus network service operations. E.g. ACI, Nexus architecture, SDWAN
- Should be well versed in monitoring tools like Spectrum, Solar winds.
- Should be able to lead a team for 3-4 team members to drive the overall L4 operations and support the on-ground teams in complex and critical issues.
- Should have managed Large network transition projects
- Should have knowledge on ITIL processes - Incident, Change, problem management, etc.
- Should be able to drive problem management end to end.

Technical skills (Required - Nice to have)
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or have equivalent industry experience.
- You have expert level knowledge of working in CISCO ISE platforms & technologies.
- A CCIE Certification is highly desired, but not required.
- A broad knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with Cisco platforms used in Cisco Secure Identity Services Engine and Access Management and related technologies and protocols used in networks.
- Excellent analytical skills on a broad range of Cisco platforms, including but not limited to Cisco Secure ISE.
- Understanding of Cisco architectures and platforms means you can effectively and efficiently problem solve
- Your written and verbal communication, and presentation skills are excellent.
Language skills needed
- English German Fluent
- Should be a capable leader.
- Building collaborative partnership - by interactive regularly with key influencers within and outside organization.
Soft skills
• Deep experience in Customer Handling and stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle escalations, be a trusted advisor for the customer and work closely with customers in defining solutions
• Ability to drive Service Improvement programs and drive service quality improvements.
• Familiarity with working on proposals, billing and charging topics
• Understanding of service level management process, related agreements - SLA/OLA and workflow steps.
• Analytical ability
• Knowledge of capacity management process.
• Planning and organizing - Optimally organize the workload across the team.
