Bilingual (Japanese & English) Salesforce Technical Consultant/Architect
Location:
Tokyo, Japan
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Consulting role with technical delivery
- Hands on experience with Salesforce CRM and with technology implementation
- Conduct workshops, demos for both project delivery and Pre-Sales phase
- Salesforce Configuration skills such as, workflows, validation rules, approval processes
- Salesforce Customization skills such as, page layout, custom fills and interface layout
- Comfortable understanding of Apex, Triggers and Visual Force Pages
- Migration of data experience and using different data transfer tools
- Supporting and reviewing presales during development of new clients and businesses
- Good digital market knowledge and comprehension of challenges across industries
- Coach and mentor Junior teams
- Provide estimates of the effort to implement a solution
- Provide guidance to team in the business requirement phase to understand point & click config solution/Code level solution/Customization
- Support in Pre-Sales Solution creation activities
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years of CRM Salesforce experience
- Expert level understanding of the core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, Platform and Integration cloud)
- Strong knowledge on Configurations and admin capabilities
- Hands-On experience on Apex, VF, JS, HTML, CSS development
- Web Service development or experience with Salesforce API (REST,SOAP & BULK API)
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, Marketing etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Architect level Certification is good to have, Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer II certification required
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in cross cultural teams and different geographical time zones.
- Experience with both agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.
