Senior Consultant - Oracle EBS Process Analyst

Infosys is seeking a Oracle EBS Process Analyst. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario/ Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

  • 4 years of Accounting/Finance experience in a multinational environment with at least 2 years of project management experience leading cross functional project initiatives and process improvements.
  • Solid understanding of PMI Methodology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; detail-oriented and able to work independently and multi-task.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify gaps, decompose high-level information into details, and drive decision-making.
  • Team player, flexible, and ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to influence and drive change in a global organization.
  • Good understanding of Finance, Tax, Accounting, HR and Operations/Customer Service and their interdependencies.
  • Ability to act operationally and ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects/strategies
  • BPM Resource will participate in evaluating, modeling, and coordinating business processes and procedures across different stakeholders/cross-functional teams.
  • BPM resources will need be to able to collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and assist in process design, process documentation, and process governance.
  • Be able to analyze current business processes to provide potential improvements. Should have experience with creating real-world business process models using BPMN tools like ARIS or something similar.
  • Being able to understand how a business unit functions by reading and understanding business documentation such as flow diagrams, business requirements, and/or work instructions. Must have strong communication skills, presentation skills, and project management skills.
  • It is important to be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Additionally, BPMN resources should be familiar with the areas of data analytics and process mining. BPMN resources will also assist with process changes, maintenance of the Modeling platform, user management, and providing training for new staff.
  • This role will also require in creating detailed reports of progress and feedback to leadership.
  • Process experience in Financials and Subscription business model
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89004 to $ 103042
