• Requirement Analysis: Participate in initial discussions from the initiative phase to gain a clear understanding of business requirements.
  

• Test Planning and Design: Create key test scenarios, test cases, and test data for end-to-end testing. Prepare a high-level test plan for E2E testing and share it with relevant stakeholders for review.
  

• Test Execution and Reporting: Perform test estimation, scheduling, requirements traceability, execution, and report results to various audiences.
  

• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in daily scrum calls and collaborate with stakeholders (Product Owner, BA, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Solution Architect) to understand new initiatives and contribute to testing-related activities.
  

• Regression Testing: Identify regression testing scope and coverage for Automation.
  

• Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects through to resolution.
  

• DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with developers and business users in a DevOps model.
  

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Demonstrate new features to business users as part of the UAT process and assist BVT users during the BVT phase.
  

• Domain Knowledge: Expertise in Telecom domains.
  

• Risk Management: Develop test plans to mitigate risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support.
  

• Automation: Suggest and implement appropriate tools for automating test scripts.
  

• Status Reporting: Organize status meetings and send regular status reports to stakeholders.
  

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
  

• Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical knowledge of mobile platforms, testing frameworks, and methodologies.
  

• Agile Methodology: Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist with experience in Agile methodologies.
  

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
