Your Role: Job Title: Senior Associate Consultant - Simulia
Location: Nagoya or Tokyo, Japan
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Consultant specializing in Simulia to join our team in Nagoya or Tokyo. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Simulia solutions and a strong understanding of simulation and analysis processes. Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2) is required to effectively communicate with local clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and customize Simulia solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on Simulia-related issues.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Simulia implementations and customizations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Simulia and simulation technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Simulia solutions.
  • Strong understanding of simulation and analysis processes.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2) is mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Experience in the automotive or aerospace industry is a plus.
Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Simulia and related simulation tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Proficiency in other simulation software (e.g., Abaqus, ANSYS) is a plus.
