Short Description:
The Siebel CRM Developer will design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications, specializing in creating integration objects, business components, and business services. This role requires expertise in ETL transformations, web services, and close collaboration with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored CRM solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Siebel Development: Design and develop Siebel CRM applications, including creating integration objects, business components, and business services.
- ETL and Web Services: Develop and optimize ETL transformations and web services for seamless data integration and system functionality.
- System Maintenance: Improve and maintain Siebel CRM systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Solution Delivery: Provide innovative and customized solutions to enhance Siebel CRM functionality and meet business objectives.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing and developing Siebel CRM applications. Expertise in creating integration objects, business components, and business services within the Siebel platform. Proven experience in developing ETL transformations and web services. Strong background in maintaining and optimizing Siebel CRM systems. Ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand and address their requirements.
- Skills: Proficiency in Siebel CRM architecture and development. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the Siebel IP20 or later versions
- Experience in working in teams on large and complex projects
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
