• Lead the migration efforts for moving on-premises infrastructure to cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Evaluate workloads and applications to determine their suitability for cloud migration, identifying potential risks and impacts, and collaborating with technical teams to plan and execute the migration.
• Review and interpret infrastructure and application logs to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Gather and document reporting requirements from business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of data needs for cloud systems and infrastructure.
• Define and implement cloud monitoring metrics, ensuring the ongoing optimization and performance of cloud-based resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration, provide recommendations for optimization, and ensure system performance meets organizational goals.
• Create detailed business and technical documentation, including user stories, technical specifications, and clear communication of business requirements.
• Use log analysis and system performance data to provide actionable insights to drive improvements and inform business decisions.

• Hands-on experience as a BA in cloud migration , particularly with moving infrastructure from on-premises to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Expertise in log analysis for both infrastructure and application monitoring , identifying trends, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.
• Experience in gathering, defining, and documenting reporting requirements for IT systems and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud migration best practices.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of goals and clear understanding of technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified, etc.) are a plus.
• Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and infrastructure optimization best practices .
