• Develop and deliver visually transformative, interactive, and impactful Tableau dashboards that empower leadership teams with critical data insights for strategic decision-making.
• Integrate Tableau with various data sources (including ServiceNow, CMDB, etc.) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability for reporting purposes.
• Optimize Tableau dashboard load times, responsiveness, and overall performance to enhance user experience.
• Conduct comprehensive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and end-to-end testing to validate functionality, data accuracy, and business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable functional specifications for Tableau and ServiceNow solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAM and HAM, ensuring best practices for asset lifecycle management are applied across the organization.
• Support asset tracking initiatives, focusing on gap analysis, particularly addressing EOL (End of Life) tracking for both software and hardware assets.
• Continuously improve asset visibility and streamline the integration between CMDB, ServiceNow, and Tableau.
• Participate in ongoing improvements to the asset management process and Tableau dashboards, offering insights and suggestions to better align with business objectives.

• Proficiency in Tableau with extensive hands-on experience in creating dashboards, data visualization, and reporting.
• Strong understanding and experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Deep experience with ServiceNow, including integration with CMDB for asset lifecycle management.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience working with large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize performance.
• Solid experience with SQL and database management.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Prior experience with Gen AI (Generative AI) and Asset Lifecycle Management.
• Familiarity with additional business intelligence tools beyond Tableau.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on Tableau, ServiceNow, SAM, and HAM.
• Proven track record of working on asset management projects and integrating different systems (e.g., CMDB, ServiceNow, Tableau).
