Infosys is hiring for a Practice Engagement Manager with Salesforce Sales or Consulting experience in our Retail, CPG and Logistics Practice. We are hiring a new team member into the Practice Sales group to support the tremendous growth in demands. Must have 5+ years of experience selling services/solutions or in a client facing, delivery/program management or consulting role.

Role Description:

As part of our Salesforce Practice Sales team, you will play a key role in building and cultivating relationships and opportunities within existing as well as prospective clients, selling Salesforce ecosystem services and solutions. You will work as a trusted advisor and position Infosys as a partner for choice for Salesforce.

You will work with Infosys industry new logo sales / GTM as well as client partner teams to expand business across the Americas. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative, high-quality solutions to meet our clients' business needs.
  • Responsible for identifying and closing both net-new logos and working with existing accounts on new deals in the Oracle domain.
  • Role may also encompass client relationship management and business development: lead client relationships, build a portfolio up to $30M, responsible for the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery team members involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client
  • Account planning and governance: build the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 9+ years of validated experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • 5+ years of selling Salesforce solutions in a client facing role
  • Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem clouds like Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Industries, CPQ etc
  • Significant business development or project management experience
  • Experience in the Consumer/Retail/CPG industry/vertical is a plus
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, must be proficient in MS PPT
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, ideal to have sold services such as implementations, upgrades, rollouts and support
  • Hunter mindset, able to sell both net-new and existing accounts
  • Ability to identify upcoming RFPs /deals by networking with key clients
  • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
  • Global Delivery Model experience
  • Experience handling large multi-location consulting engagement teams
  • Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship is ideal
