Infosys is seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin/Developer who will be responsible for managing and customizing the Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and enhances overall system functionality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of administration skills, technical development knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to implement tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX or be willing to relocate to the area prior to Onboarding. This position may require travel in the US.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce customization and configuration.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and Apex development. Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Data Loader, and Reports & Dashboards. Strong understanding of SOQL and SOSL queries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Experience with Salesforce Communities, Einstein Analytics, or Marketing Cloud. Experience with Agile development methodologies and working in an iterative development environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools and processes (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX).
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Migration from Classic to Lightning Experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party integrations
