Recruiting Specialist - Hybrid

Your Tasks in detail:

• End to end Recruitment of specialists with different skillsets and different languages, e.g. 1 st level support, Finance & Accounting, Customer Care
• Managing the source mix in a way that cost efficient Recruiting is in focus
• Active Sourcing if needed
• Participation and leading different projects in the area of Recruiting, Employer Branding etc.
• Strengthening the employer brand and brand awareness with different actions
