Recruiting Specialist - Hybrid Your Tasks in detail:
- End to end Recruitment of specialists with different skillsets and different languages, e.g. 1 st level support, Finance & Accounting, Customer Care
- Managing the source mix in a way that cost efficient Recruiting is in focus
- Active Sourcing if needed
- Participation and leading different projects in the area of Recruiting, Employer Branding etc.
- Strengthening the employer brand and brand awareness with different actions
- Previous experience in Recruiting talents
- Fluent Czech & English language skills (written and spoken)
