    • Interaction with Technical Client engineers on knowledge transfer, Input gathering, Understand Customer Standards/Requirements.
    • Design, development Various planning solutions
    • Working with team members for various design solutions, Brainstorm activities.
    • Choosing the right module to reduce the repetitive work based on the project timeline.
    • Documenting tool development cycle.
    • Finding the scope for automation to reduce design cycle time by making work flows.
    • Working with & Developing external Integration link to various OODB, SAP systems.
    • Working on product release process

  • Consultant Demand Planner(Lvl1)
  • Developer Demand Planner(Lvl 1)
  • Consultant Workforce Planner(Lvl 1)
  • Developer Workforce Planner(Lvl 1)
  • Consultant Logistics Planner(Lvl1)
  • Consultant Fleet and Crew Planner(Lvl 1)

  • Excellent Knowledge on Requirement Analysis Methodologies and Tools, Engineering design principles and Design tools , also knowledge principles of Manufacturing methods.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in Engineering/ IT functions including technical support in a global work environment with multiple applications.
  • Proficiency in working with Agile methodology.
  • Knowledge on working in Cloud - AWS/ Azure/ GCP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively document processes.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves system problems, incidents. Works proactively to identify potential issues related to the incidents / Service tickets and recommends/implements preventative solutions.
  • Resolve engineering application issues/requests, ensure SLA adherence, and improve user experience and satisfaction.
  • Adheres to global IT standards, policies and procedures and coordinate related activities with global IT teams.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical / Supply Chain management or related field required.
  • Preferred skills
  • Develops and delivers user training and presentations on new systems and upgrades.
  • Apply critical thinking and collaborative approaches to improving services and solving technical challenges.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills in order to relate well with a diverse group of end users, including co‐workers, vendors.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage own workload, manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Works directly with vendors and with other Technical Services personnel to coordinate major technical issues, Projects, communicate expectations and coordinate deliverables and services.
  • Coordinates and/or performs software and operating system maintenance on workstations and servers.
