Min 7+yrs of IT experience
Experience in Agile Project Management - An Agile mindset with project managing experience in Agile environment
Microservice and Ecommerce platform knowledge and have good ability to manage high profile, high
impact projects with complete accountability & transparency
Experience in Technical articulation and understanding, aligning resources for and execution of projects through delivery - including scope and schedule, of each project
Proven experience in proactive Planning, Execution and Tracking, Proven success managing risk,
dependencies, and constraints.
Develop communication expectations and success measures with the team and with other partners
Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Agile Project Management tools such as
Jira, Confluence/Microsoft Office or equivalent.
Experience in successfully leading projects and programs on-schedule within budget for the defined
scope
Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities and Experience in strategic planning, risk
management and/or change management
Coordinate schedules and dependencies across multiple scrum / cross teams and monitor deadlines
and hold the team accountable to deliverable commitments
Manage issues and risks at the project and program level, Report status to team, to business
stakeholders and to executives
