Role Designation - Project Manager

In the role of Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our BSS applications. You will interface with key stakeholders, leveraging your deep technical expertise across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This includes requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, design, and high-level design creation. You will also contribute high-quality code for assigned modules, lead validation efforts for all testing phases, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution (or equivalent foreign degree).
  • 15+ years of experience in business analysis and product management
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into clear, concise, and functional specifications.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong understanding of web architecture, HTTP protocol, SOAP, and other web technologies
  • Experience with various databases such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, C#, C/C++, and Python
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure / AWS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga , ON (Canada) or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Preferred
  • At least 15 years of experience in Product Management, .NET framework
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and related services
  • Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Create and maintain business process models, data flow diagrams, and other documentation.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases for proposed solutions.
  • Experience in Telecom domain would be a good advantage
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 98486 to $ 134404
