Your role
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and design product strategies for Oracle ERP Finance implementation
  • Lead business discussions with customer IT and Business stake holders to gather requirements, run workshops, resolve functional process issues
  • Identify gaps and identify and design new components to fulfil gaps and extensions
  • Configure Oracle ERP finance for the customer based on requirements
  • Design and Develop functional specifications and document, get design sign off from customer stake holders
  • Communicate design specifications with technical team and help them to develop RICE components
  • Resolve design conflicts with other modules to ensure smooth delivery and integrated workable product solutions
  • Discuss, suggest, strategize and resolve inter module configurations and integrations solutions for Oracle Finance
  • Strategize integration with other external and internal systems, resolve issues and design data gaps and pipelines for integration
  • Strategize reporting, identify gaps from delivered content, build new requirements and build functional specifications for the same
  • Conduct and coordinate UT, SIT, UAT for error free delivery. Conduct triage for issue resolution
  • Conduct user training as per need
  • Plan and execute Go Live activities along with technical support from team
  • Manage and lead team of functional consultants across modules / submodules
  • Tracking and reporting of project deliverables
Required
  • Strong Oracle Functional expertise and industry Experience services organizations.
  • 18+ Years of experience in implementation of Oracle applications.
  • Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud.
  • Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Financial Cloud (AP/AR/GL/FA/CM/Tax), RMCS.
  • Strong experience and Functional knowledge of Oracle Financial Cloud.
  • Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups
  • Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions
  • Good Knowledge about oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and Reports with 3party applications.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
  • Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them
  • Excellent communication skills, adapt in business interaction and understanding business applications.
Preferred
  • Additional knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications such as Oracle PPM Cloud and Oracle Procurement Cloud
