Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance (Projects Foundation & Costing) and Expense management Principal Consultant, who will be be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Preferred location is Phoenix, AZ but candidate can be located anywhere in USA but must be willing to travel within US per project needs. This position may require 70% travel.

  • At least 11 years of experience in IT
  • Must have experience in solution delivery with best practices of implementation and any possible pitfalls
  • Must have experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
  • Must have experience in Oracle Fusion/Cloud Financial Skills: Oracle Cloud Financials (Projects Foundation & Costing, Expense management (optional)
  • Must have experience in at least 1 OR 2 Oracle Projects Implementations in a functional lead role capacity
  • Must have experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment.
  • Must have experience in Financial Reporting & Analytics Concepts - Dashboard, Real time OTBI
  • Must be able to lead a team of consultants in understanding As-Is business processes, analyze/capture client requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops if necessary
  • Must perform High-level fit gap analysis and process changes, carry out benchmarking studies, provide assistance to consultants in complex requirements
  • Must have the ability to identify gaps and evaluate solution options for various gaps using industry best practices
  • Must work to assist the team in preparation and planning for the workshops, review the work of the team in terms of process documentation , fit -gap analysis documentation and requirement documents, configuration, test scripts etc.
  • Must have the ability to provide/ propose solutions for KDD (Key Design Decisions) by leveraging Industry best practices.
  • Must have the ability to lead through complex process discussions with client giving a holistic POV/Approach, impact and Total cost of ownership
  • Making use of various Oracle as well as organizational methodologies, processes and templates, to lead through a successful implementation as a solution architect
  • Must proactively identify risks and possibilities of scope creep and highlight/discuss in the right forum with the required stakeholders
  • Must have experience in coordinating with Business and other external teams on issues, solution approaches, enhancements and other projects
  • Must create knowledge, share and drive the usage of knowledge repositories for team members in structure forums
  • Must participate/drive proposals to propose solution, implementation approaches and ensure accurate estimates for the engagement are provided

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion/Cloud Financial Skills: Oracle Cloud Financials (Projects Foundation & Costing, Expense management (optional)
  • Experience in at least 1 OR 2 Oracle Projects Implementations in a functional lead role capacity
  • Experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting & Analytics Concepts - Dashboard, Real time OTBI
    Good Analytical and Communication skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that may require travel occasionally
  • Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, designing, developing.
  • Collaborate with oracle support, consulting and other teams to review requirements, solution, considerations and approach.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $114,000 to $167,000
In Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
