Infosys is looking to onboard a seasoned Principal Consultant with experience in Oracle EBS / Cloud SCM Applications. The position will primarily act as a functional consultant for Oracle SCM Cloud modules with expertise in Manufacturing, INV, OM, PO. In addition, the candidate will be responsible to be a part of solution discussions with client, drive process workshops, drive testing cycles like SIT & UAT, manage and control technical development, deployment, SIT/UAT defects resolution, production incidents support. In this role, the candidate will interact with client's business SMEs, process consultants, IT teams from other modules to understand and analyze the requirements and ensure timely and quality delivery of the tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Columbus, IN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
- At least 11 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
- At least 9+ years of experience with Oracle EBS -Mfg, INV, OM, PO modules.
- Candidate should have Fusion Cloud program in the Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud, Inventory Cloud.
- Experience in at least two full-fledged implementation of Oracle application as well as transition to support.
- Experience in Requirements gathering and come up with solution design.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Columbus, IN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
- Experience managing team size of 10+ would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment (onsite - offshore model).
- Experience working with globally diverse business teams on a single project is a huge plus.
- Ability to communicate complex technology to stakeholders or management teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Hands-on in Business Process modelling and simplification.
- Work collaboratively with offshore team to build solution and execute business scenarios.
- Engage with different stakeholders to drive various outcomes, ability to understand the core functional requirements and deliver the outcome in a way that scales across all businesses.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Hands-on experience on Analysis & configuration of Oracle Fusion cloud components, custom fields, custom objects, DFFs, reports.
- Must be able to understand REST API based integrations and design/mapping between source and target systems all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases.
- Experience on Data Migration will be added advantage.
- Experience on production support is nice to have.
- Experience managing team size of 5+ in the capacity of a solution architect.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
