Required
• Technical Expertise in atleast 3 of the following technology areas - Hybrid Cloud (Azure, HyperV, Operating Systems), Network (Enterprise Network, SDWAN) , Storage/Backup, Databases, Security.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like Azure Arc, Azure HCI etc
• Troubleshooting, provide inputs, collaborate and drive resolution with different stakeholders/partners/IT teams in case of complex multi-domain incidents
• Recommend continuous performance improvement of Infrastructure Landscape
• End to End Technical ownership for Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management etc.
• Scoping, Definition, Architecture, and documentation of technical environments.
• Identify, review and present input on projects including detailed planning
• Exceptional organizational, thought leadership with excellent communication abilities
