Salary: AUD 150,742 - 171,215 (Annual Gross)

Short Description:
In the role of Principal Consultant, you will be expected to develop bespoke applications in the telecom domain. This role will interface with client and elicit technical requirements, design and develop technical components.

Roles and Responsibilities-
For you to be successful in obtaining this role you will need to possess the following:
  • Must be able to help refine requirements.
  • The ability to manage deliverables (prioritisation, estimation, etc.)
  • Experience with Kronos
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Familiarity with design patterns and best practice trends.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 10+ years of Information Technology experience
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Implementation, Development and Support projects related to Kronos WFC / UKG Pro WFM (WFD) Applications.
  • Good experience in Kronos WFC/UKG Pro WFM with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance and Activities modules.
  • Experienced in interface development with WIM for WFC and for UKG Pro WFM with middle layers like Dell Bhoomi etc.
  • Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.
  • Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Practical Experience/Exposure and knowledge in UKG Pro WFM
  • Experience on UKG Workforce Central configurations and process flows
  • Direct client interaction experience during interactive phases like Requirements Gathering, Fit-Gap analysis etc.
  • Experience in data conversions using import tables, XML Imports with analyzing and debugging skills.
  • Kronos Functional/Technical Consultant, with implementation experience (at least 2 projects) and upgrade experience (at least 1 project)
  • Functional testing or automated testing in Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals and Activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  • Candidate need to align with client team for Work From Office arrangement.

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
