We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PowerApps lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of PowerApps solutions that enhance our business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective and efficient applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of PowerApps solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Develop custom connections, workflows and business processes using PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Ensure the quality and Performance of PowerApps applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Provide training and support to end users on PowerApps solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and best practices in PowerApps and related technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on the team.

- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 7+ years of experience in developing solutions with PowerApps, Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Virtual agents.
- Proven experience in leading projects and managing a team.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with Azure services, Dynamic 365 and Integration
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents
- Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/WA/NY/CO: $67,000 to $93,800
in Washington, DC: $81,900 to $111,000
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
