Infosys is seeking a PostgreSQL Database Administrator specializing in both relational and NoSQL database technologies. This role focuses on enterprise database management, optimization, and cloud integration across multiple database platforms

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Hartford, CT, or Indianapolis, IN, or Phoenix, AZ, or Tampa, FL or Raleigh, NC or Tampa or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At Least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
  • At least 3 years of experience in PostgreSQL database administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in MySQL database administration and Upgradation strategies.
  • Experience in Oracle database administration and migration strategies.

  • Experience in Database CI/CD integration
  • 24x7 production support responsibilities
  • On-call rotation for critical database systems.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
