Leidos Corporate Group seeks a SharePoint Administrator for a dynamic role supporting the Enterprise Applications SharePoint team. Our team encompasses architecture, administration, operations, and support for the Leidos Enterprise SharePoint farms and SharePoint Online (M365) which operate globally, 24x7. PowerShell skills are key to successful administration of these environments.
In this role you will be key in migrating from SharePoint 2019 on-prem to SharePoint Online. You will support and maintain the Microsoft SharePoint 2019 On-Premises and SharePoint Online platforms and related services. You will also be the SME for SharePoint-related projects, integrations and capabilities within our team, as well as participate in integration with M&A activities.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Function as our team's lead SharePoint Administrator and first point of contact for troubleshooting SharePoint technical concerns and malfunctions.
- Perform typical SharePoint Server administration activities (using PowerShell and UI) such as server patching, farm configuration, site provisioning, search configuration, documentation, and other system administration tasks.
- Evaluate Microsoft M365 capabilities and make recommendations for leveraging new features in SharePoint-related solutions.
- Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SharePoint problems and escalate incidents as necessary.
- Support root cause analysis, vendor assistance and implement solutions to identified problems.
- Manage disk space usage, file size limits, and site quotas and create / manage content databases.
- Monitor SharePoint analytics reports that measure usage and performance.
- Configure and manage retention, Information Rights Management and Data Loss Prevention policies in SharePoint.
- Maintain current industry knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2019 / Microsoft 365 concepts, best practices and procedures.
- Collaborate and help manage SharePoint/Microsoft 365 integration including working closely with Leidos M365 Global Administrators at the tenant level.
- Provide support for M&A activities, including analysis, planning and eventual integration of existing SharePoint assets within the Leidos network.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of SharePoint Administration relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Candidates will prior M365 and cloud migration experience will be given preference.
- Demonstrated excellent PowerShell scripting skills.
- SharePoint farm architecture experience
- Experience configuring and managing SharePoint Online tenants within M365.
- Established skills in analysis and system troubleshooting with strong initiative and an eagerness to learn, support, and tenaciously troubleshoot.
- Proven ability to methodically approach issues, research and troubleshoot issues or potential issues, and creatively solve problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a track record of effectively communicating with end-users and management.
- US citizenship is required with ability to obtain security clearance as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with creating technical documentation and diagrams.
- Experience in the use of one or more web technologies such as ASP.net, C#, PowerShell, PnP, JavaScript, C++, HTML, PHP.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Search Farms set up and administration.
- Knowledge of SQL database management and SQL scripting.
- Currently possess relevant Microsoft M365 Certifications.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
