Job Descriptions:

  • Lead and develop direct reports/team members to achieve targeted business objectives.
  • Responsible for managing the day to day operations of order management representatives with responding to phone and email from customers in a timely manner and accurately in compliance with documented policies.
  • Build and develop an efficient and effective order management team in the Shared Services environment
  • Provide End to End of Masterdata by Data Enrichment/Data Deletion/Duplication
  • Reviewing the Business Agreements/Terms and licensing
  • Reviewing in Pricing and Pricing sheets
  • Prepare OM weekly & monthly report
  • Attending on Customer/Client enquiries via email, teams call, phone and ETC
  • Managing subordinates productivity

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance or Account and Business Admin or any relevant studies
  • 5 to 7 years in Order Management & Masterdata with SSC or BPO environment with Retail/CPG Industry
  • Good problem solving
  • 2 to 4 years' experience in managing a team
  • Good skills in Excel
  • Good in Communication
