Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor Functional Principal Consultant withimplementation and application support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor modules in agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as data migration, integrations and reports for Time & Labor and Compensation areas.

Required Qualifications:

  • This position may be located anywhere in the US with travel to the client site for major milestones.
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree

  • 11 years of Information Technology experience
  • 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud - Time & Labor
  • 2+ years of experience in working on at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Absence
  • Hands on experience in working on Oracle Time & Labor for multiple countries
  • Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience with implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Candidate should be proficient in all the Time & Labor processes
  • Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Time & Labor
  • Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
  • Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The job may entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $114,000 to $167,000
In Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
