Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Functional Principal Consultant withimplementation and application support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle Performance Management, Goal Management and Talent Review. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as data migration, integrations and reports in Talent Management areas.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Scottsdale, AZ, Indianapolis, IN., Phoenix, AZ., Providence, RI., Raleigh, NC. or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US.

- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent will be considered work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 11 years of Information Technology experience
- 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud -Talent Management
- 2+ years of experience in working on Compensation
- Hands on experience in working on Talent Management and Compensation for US
- Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Candidate should be proficient in Talent Management and Compensation processes.
- Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Goals & Performance Management and Compensation
- Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
