Infosys Public Services is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM-Core HR and Benefits Lead to join our team.
Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):
The Oracle Cloud HCM-Core HR and Benefits Lead will perform the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud for Core HR and Benefits.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud system based on business requirements, focusing on Core HR and Benefits modules. Ensure the system setup aligns with legal and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring all business needs are addressed.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
- Analyze Core HR and benefits processes and system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
- Manage the data migration process, ensuring accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to the new Oracle HCM system.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR and IT, to ensure seamless integration of the system.
- Provide training on system usage and best practices.
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
- Offer ongoing support to resolve issues post-implementation and ensure system efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud features, updates, and industry trends.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing solutions and processes.

Basic Qualifications:
- Over Seven years of IT experience, with at least three years dedicated to Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR and Benefits implementation and solution development.
- Proven hands-on experience in developing solutions using the Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR and Benefits.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR and Benefits modules and functionalities.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant Oracle certifications.
- Public Sector experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education.
