The OCM Consultant will play a key and critical role in assisting our clients address their people and organizational needs stemming from the implementation of managed service sourcing programs. With 8+ years of consulting experience, the OCM Consultants primary focus will be on pursuing, closing and implementing change management programs that enable client organizations to understand, identify and mitigate people and organizational risks that result from transformational sourcing initiatives.

Primary geo focus will be the Americas and Europe. Other geographies may be supported.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement structured change management strategies for large scale global sourcing, managed service initiatives
  • Collaborate with clients to establish the framework and makeup of their retained organization and innovative operating models
  • Perform thorough assessments to gauge the readiness of client organizations to launch their sourcing programs
  • Identify key personnel and organizational challenges, including potential resistance points
  • Create and implement action plans to address and mitigate risks associated with sourcing programs
  • Build industry-leading change management solutions designed for both digital and traditional delivery platforms

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Proficient in strategic sourcing and managed service programs
  • Expertise in designing and restructuring retained organizations to enhance clients operational efficiency
  • Ability to effectively lead and influence corporate executives and senior management
  • Familiar with project management approaches and tools
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Skilled at delivering both onsite and virtual client programs
  • Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to working with others
Education:
  • Undergraduate in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or Management Information Systems
  • While not mandatory, a graduate degree in any of the above would be advantageous
Travel: 30%+
