Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is both the Training Lead and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst for an SAP implementation.
Local location within 50 miles of Kansas City, MO is a plus, but remote work with travel is acceptable for the right candidate.
Organizational Change Management Consulting Skills:
- Support an OCM lead in research and execution.
- Understanding of OCM strategy, execution and measurement. Awareness of the Prosci methodology a plus.
- Experience creating OCM Toolkits and personas.
- Strong communication skills across multiple media.
- Lead SAP training strategy and implementation.
- Has 9+ years' experience building SAP curricula, developing end-user training and evaluating training programs for continuous improvement.
- Experience developing and implementing Train-the-Trainer curriculums.
- 5+ years of design experience with SAP EnableNow, including creating simulations, courses (Book) and templates.
- Understanding of SAP Financial and Logistics modules is a plus.
As the OCM Analyst, this role will assist the OCM Lead in navigating a complex change environment across diverse stakeholder groups and locations. Strong knowledge of SAP implementations is essential, including the ability to connect SAP roles with stakeholder personas, collaborate with stakeholder leaders, and align the implementation's vision, goals, and benefits with user needs.
As the Training Lead, this role will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that supports the long-term development of SAP competencies. The role will define organizational standards for training quality, conduct necessary research to develop and update training materials, and curate appropriate training catalogs. Responsibilities include preparing instructor materials (such as course outlines, background material, and training aids) and student materials (including course manuals, workbooks, handouts, online training, completion certificates, and course feedback forms). This position may also work closely with development teams to set up User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and conduct training sessions in classroom, workshop, or seminar formats, both in-person and online.
This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance with the US Federal government
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 9 years experience building SAP curricula, developing end-user training and evaluating training programs for continuous improvement.
