Infosys is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join our team who will act as a content and marketing champion - managing both internal and external marketing. You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and brand awareness among strategic clients and prospects, while also enhancing the brand image with both employees and prospective employees.
You will be responsible for creating campaigns and digital marketing strategies, managing digital web presence, social media platforms, internal marketing and all digital properties for Infosys to improve perception/relationship with key stakeholders (clients, prospects, employees, etc.).

Basic
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant work experience for MBA graduates.
- Location for this position is in Monterrey This position may require travel up to 10%

Role Requirements:
- Scale brand awareness and demand generation success to design impactful multi-channel campaigns
- Ability to work with HRD to develop internal marketing campaigns
- Improve win rates by enabling better messaging and demo experiences on digital channels and collaborate with the bid team on strategic deals
- Possess strong digital marketing skills and Campaign Management skills with competence in creating annual marketing plans
- Research-driven to gather and apply market intelligence, explore new market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and suggest new strategies to align the sales goals
- Dynamic and results-driven with good written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders from different parts of the world to drive effective messaging
- Have an eye for storytelling and take a data-driven approach to offer creative solutions that positively impact the business
- Execute challenging marketing requirements by meeting deadlines with good program management skills
- Sound understanding of various digital channels such as social media, SEO/SEM/SMM, content syndication, programmatic campaigns, and Martech tools for effective metric tracking
- Interest and experience in IT services. Prior experience in B2B Marketing is preferred.
