Lead Consultant - BY OP (Order Promising)

Infosys is seeking a BY OP (Order Promising). This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

  • At least 5 yrs of experience in implementing/supporting BY Enterprise Supply Planning applications (Order Promising)
  • Experience in Working as a functional liaison between Project Team and key customer executives and should have knowledge on Order Promising
  • Knowledge of functional flow between ESP and OP and how the 2 modules interact with each other.
  • Ability to be part of the customer success team to implement and support the implementation of the project, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with multiple cross functional teams
  • Experience in Conducting and as a lead functional design workshops with customer for Order Promising and support / participate in other discussion BY ESP modules Master Planning, Capacity Planning, Allocation, Inventory Optimization
  • Experience in Driving OP design sessions with business and create OP functional design documents.
  • Experience in Working with developers / functional analyst to configure application.
  • Experience in Working with business to identify business scenarios for testing.
  • Experience in Working with all levels of solution team in developing functional specifications, analysis of user needs and testing
  • Experience in Contributing on BY OP personas and Validating each requirement and design decisions from the discovery workshop outcome
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 92701 to $ 107185
