Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities
- Managing functional and technical customizations in different countries.
- Managing incidents and service requests within daily support.
- Working closely with business stakeholders reg. support tasks and also improve business processes.
- Providing functional cover on new developments outside of the supporting model (small and large projects)
- Working closely with vendor and other 3rd Party internal and external teams for system bugs and any infrastructure related problems.
- Leading and training other team members.
- Substantial years of Experience
- Functional experience on iScala Finance modules- General Ledger, Purchase eLedger, Sales Ledger, Asset Management, Promissory Notes, Project Management
- Functional experience on iScala SCM modules- Stock Control, Purchase Order, Sales Order, Contract Management, Service Management, Resource Management
- Knowledge on Manufacturing Process Conrtol (MPC)
- Project management experience
- Completed University Degree
- Fluent in English (written/verbal).
- Ability to communicate with different level of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of other ERP Systems
