We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Junior HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Poland. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department. This role plays a crucial part in supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
The position is offered on a one-year contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, including personal information, contracts, performance reviews, and leave records. Ensure all documents are in compliance with legal requirements.
- HR Documentation: Prepare and manage HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, addendums, performance appraisals, employee certificates, and disciplinary records.

- Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation, induction schedules, and necessary equipment. Handle offboarding for departing employees, ensuring the completion of exit interviews and administrative tasks.
- Leave and Attendance Management: Track and manage employee leave requests, including sick leave, vacation, and other types of leave. Ensure accurate records are maintained and assist employees with leave-related inquiries.
- Payroll Administration: Assist in the payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll data, benefits deductions, and attendance information. Coordinate with finance teams to resolve any payroll discrepancies.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension plans, and other employee perks. Ensure employees are enrolled in benefits programs and assist with any related queries.
- Support HR Team: Provide administrative support to the HR team for various HR initiatives, such as training coordination, employee engagement activities, and performance management.
- Internal Communication: Assist in communicating HR policies, programs, and updates to employees. Ensure all HR-related information is clearly communicated and accessible to staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in IT and global companies
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role. Previous experience in managing HR processes and maintaining employee records is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of Polish labor laws and HR compliance regulations is a plus.
- Fluent in Polish (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
