Infosys is seeking to hire an ITSM ServiceNow Consultant with functional domain experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, HR Services, Security Operations, and Customer Service Management. The position primarily will be responsible for conducting ServiceNow engagements covering various Service Management processes.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 4 years of experience in the following:
• IT Service Management and Transformation Services Practice
• ServiceNow experience which involves design, implementation and management, good understanding of ITIL processes for application
• Client interaction and Project Delivery handling while maintaining a high degree of customer relationship and satisfaction
• Project Management providing consulting services to the client
• Integration of ServiceNow with other Applications & toolsets
• Customer Service Management, Portal Development, Internationalization.
• Should be proficient in ServiceNow domain and how to write and manipulate objects in ServiceNow (both Server side and Client side) with 6+ years of experience.
• Service Catalog and building workflows/record producers.
• CMDB module.
• Good experience in writing Business Rules, Script Includes and other Server Side components.
• Writing highly performant Web Applications and an eye for detail.
• Performing test code written on ServiceNow platform
• Provide support to Implement ServiceNow Projects
• Liaison between the client and functional/technical teams
• Advocate the use of Agile Implementation to simplify the delivery of ServiceNow Projects with different clients.
• Conduct Workshops and project meetings
• Develop and maintain a Project Plan and Integrated Schedule in support of assigned capability
• Include manpower resources, estimate cost, and all applicable interdependencies
• Create, review and update documents and matrices, and provide status reports - Develop charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams that identify trends to assist in the analysis of capability problems
• Analyze the organization and design of business functions and operations in order to assess business models and their integration with technology
• Understand business process management and business requirements of the customers and translate them to specific technology requirements
• Analyze and document the business models and requirements, and work with project teams to enable business through process and technology implementations
• Evaluate the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description, and task analysis
• Document and analyze the required information and data
• Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements, and interface designs
• Create and modify workflows

• Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
• Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
• Exceptional Organizational Skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment, interact effectively with all levels of Management, Strong Vendor Relationship Management, and work independently in a team-oriented environment
• Proven experience including full development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support) and IT service delivery management experience
• Team Leading and/or management, including team planning, prioritizing & goal setting
• Hands-on experience with: Service Portal development, Java Scripting, and Angular JS is an added advantage
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator is a plus
• Certified Implementation Specialist is a benefit
• ITIL V3 Foundation is a perk
• Good understanding of key ITIL or functional domain concepts and their business applicability
• Experienced working with ITIL processes or one of the functional domains such as: Operations Management, HR Services, Security Operations, Customer Service Management is an added advantage
• Project Management experience working with team of functional analysts is a plus
• Experience working with any Service Management tools such as: Remedy, CA Service Desk such as: ITIL/PMP/Agile/Scrum certifications is a plus
• Any industry leading Service Management or Domain certifications is a benefit
