Short Description :
Infosys is looking for an End-to-End Recruiter managing hiring demands in Philippines and Malaysia. The role will involve managing stakeholder interaction and candidate experience. Hiring roles include all IT hiring and non-IT hiring requirements. Reporting to the APAC Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is based in Manilla, Philippines. As part of a close-knit TA team, you will be responsible for closing hiring requirement across Philippines and Malasia & provide support across a range of TA project activities.

Location: Manilla, Philippines.

This role is a fixed term and a sub-contracting opportunity only.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • End to End Recruitment: In collaboration with the delivery manager of the business division, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle of all hiring demands in Philippines and Malaysia. Recruitment plans include defining specific roles and skills, work locations, and functional areas, researching competition for regions/recruiting procedures, and identifying potential recruits from top companies in the region to meet the division/region's recruiting needs. This includes creating appropriate hiring plans.
  • Talent discovery: Identifying the most effective discovery routes, including posting job advertisements on various job sites (advertising, recruitment agencies, portals, referrals, etc.), and proactive headhunting to meet each recruitment need. Identifying best practices.
  • Stakeholder management including internal hiring managers/teams, wider stakeholder groups and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver the best candidate experience: Attract attractive talent from organizations by leading senior-level recruiting programs, targeting the right roles, and developing niche recruiting programs. Negotiation process and conflict resolution with important candidates, management of candidates before and after hiring, goal setting through interaction with new university graduates after hiring.
  • Research, Analysis and Benchmarking: Interact with customers (peer groups/candidates, etc.), analyze historical trends, lead benchmarking by business unit/technology/industry/recruitment process, best suited for talent acquisition. Providing insight into your competitors' landscape with method suggestions. Identify trends and gaps in human resource acquisition based on focus areas.
  • Ensure recruitment objectives are achieved by working with vendors to leverage outsourcing and make them scalable through capacity building, monitoring of performance and compliance of vendor processes.
  • Managing the Labour Market Testing Recruitment for Philippines and Malaysia.
  • Compliance with hiring standards/processes
  • About yourself:
  • 4+ years of end to end recruiting experience either in-house or at a recruitment agency. Experience in a similar industry such as IT is critical to have.
  • Recruitment experience of hiring in Philippines is a must.
  • Experience with talent discovery strategies, including proactive sourcing.
  • Experience using various job ad platforms including LinkedIn.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and difficult negotiations.
  • Additional skills:
  • Strong communication and articulation skills
  • Attention to detail and very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
