Senior Process Associate - Human Resource Outsourcing
Location:Fully Remote

In the role of Senior Process Associate, you will execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, review and validate the inputs from the other team members, support your manager in training activities, and daily operations reviews, and help in escalation resolution with the objective to meet service level agreement targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

In this role you will be supporting the recruitment efforts and provide administrative support to one of the nation's largest staffing agencies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for assisting others.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide support for HR functions such as employee database management, query management, and policy advisory support.
  • Execute low-complexity transactions such as document verification, data analysis, complaint/query responses via email, and vendor interaction for order management to meet SLAs.
  • Handle individual cases requiring re-work to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Verify information, closing customer queries/issues per defined SOPs/parameters.
  • Contact candidates regarding offers, interviews, or assignment details, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Initiate and monitor the process of background and drug test screenings, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Assist candidates through various stages of the hiring cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Share experiences to facilitate the capture of tacit knowledge within the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.
