We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist to join our team. Whether you're just starting your HR career or bringing in experience, you'll play a key role in managing employee inquiries, time and attendance support, benefits management, and a variety of other HR-related tasks.
Your tasks in detail:
- Document Creation and Management: Assist with the creation of HR-related documents, such as amendments to contracts or employment confirmations, and ensure all relevant documents are up to date and properly stored.
- Manage Time and Attendance: Provide support for time and attendance management, oversee sick leave and emergency care leave for employees, making sure everything is recorded correctly and communicated with employees and supervisors.
- Benefit Administration: Assist with managing employee benefits and answering any benefit-related questions.

- Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR-related topics through shared mailbox and in person. You'll be a go-to person for employees needing assistance with HR matters.
- Payroll Support: Help with the monthly payroll process by collecting and preparing input data.
What We're Looking For:
- Personality: You'll be the first point of contact for many employees, helping them with HR-related matters, so a positive attitude and willingness to help are key!
- Experience: While previous hands-on experience in HR is welcomed, we are open to candidates who have gained knowledge through formal training or coursework.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: You know how to stay on top of multiple tasks and ensure everything is done accurately.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (B2) and a good understanding of Czech or Slovak
- Technical Skills: You're comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel)
