Infosys is seeking a HCM Cloud. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• Prior Experience of Implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Campus, OTL and Payroll
• Familiarity with the key processes such as candidate onboarding, employee journeys, process flows for recruitment etc.
• Expertise in HDL Extracts/HCM Extracts and minor customizations.
• Familiarity with OTBI reports and Oracle HCM Cloud data model
• Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, fast formula.
• Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation.
• Redwood experience (or Redwood raining) is an added advantage considering Oracle's Redwood strategy.
• Exposure to Oracle Digital Assistant
• Good articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Prior experience of HCM REST API, ATOM API or HCM ALERTS and Journeys
