Infosys is seeking a GoAnywhere MFT Lead. This Candidate will have an experience with GoAnywhere MFT software, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure file transfer processes within our organization and with external partners.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate can be located Anywhere in USA. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 6 years of experience with GoAnywhere MFT or similar managed file transfer solutions
• Proficiency in configuring and managing GoAnywhere MFT software.
• Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with encryption standards and practices.
• Design and Implement MFT Solutions: Develop, configure, and maintain managed file transfer solutions using GoAnywhere to ensure secure and reliable data exchanges.
• Automation and Scripting: Create and manage automated file transfer workflows, including scheduling, scripting, and monitoring processes.
• Security Management: Ensure compliance with security policies and protocols, implementing encryption and secure file transfer methods.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for GoAnywhere MFT issues, troubleshooting problems and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all MFT processes, configurations, and protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of network and security principles.
• Have good knowledge on Troubleshooting and providing speedy solution in case of failure of the applications
• Strong knowledge of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, etc.).
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $94,000 to $131,600
In Washington, DC: $85,700 to 124,600
